Musquodoboit Valley Family Resource Centre (MVFRC) Community Cupboard
MVFRC has some basic food items available for those in need and may include: fruits, vegetables, meat eggs, canned goods, baking supplies, milk and bread. The Cupboard is open during office hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 4 pm and Friday 9 am- 3 pm.

Musquodoboit Valley Family Resource Centre Good Food Bag program
In collaboration with local partners, MVFRC coordinates the delivery of Good Food Bags once a month. These food bags contain fresh fruits and vegetables at a wholesale price for $10. Contact MVFRC for availability of this program.

Musquodoboit Valley Food Bank Association
The food bank provides emergency food support to those in need. Normally provides one week of food. Accepts food and monetary donations.
Open Fridays 10 to 11 am.

Musquodoboit Valley Shelf Stable Project
This is a collaborative community partner pilot project to increase access to shelf-stable products to the Musquodoboit Valley. Participants can place monthly order for shelf-stable items to be picked up at our two locations; Middle Musquodoboit and Upper Musquodoboit.
