They may supervise other maintenance workers and designated staff, constructing items like walls, doors, floors, ceilings, and windows, as well as designing, constructing, and repairing furniture, cabinets, desks, tables, and shelves. In addition, plastering, painting, and decorating by selecting and applying various paint, plaster, and wall coverings for both minor building renovations and general maintenance will be included.
