The administrative assistant (aa) will call for the number and greets you. They ask for your personal information: (full name, date of birth, family doctor’s name and contact information, health card number, any paperwork provided by your doctor such as lab/blood work or x-ray requests. The aa determines where you need to go next. They will give you back your health card and explain to you where you need to be next.

If you have to have lab work or x-rays, you will have a seat in those areas to wait. You will be given some other papers to give to that department.

If you need to see the Urgent Treatment Center, or Emergency Centre, you will wait for an RN
