The player checks in with the administrative assistant (aa).  If you are already a patient, they will have all your medical information, but if not, you will be required to fill out a medical history form, that will help your new doctor, or nurse practitioner, to understand what your past health is and what medications you are taking. This information helps the doctor with your present problem.

The  aa will give your medical file to the exam room and when it is your turn they will escort them to the room.

Follow up appointments are scheduled by the aa to go over the results from the tests, or to check in to see if the other treatments are working.
